Mayo Motorsport Club

Mayo & District Motorsport club has been serving the motorsport community in the West of Ireland for the past thirty years. The club organises a number of events every year including the Mayo Stages Rally in March and a number of Autocross events throughout the year.

Each year the club organises the Mayo Stages Rally, traditionally the opening rounds of the National Rally Championship and Border Rally Championship. Additionally the club runs very popular Autocross events in Harrington's Quarry near Swinford, and regularly run other events such as single stage rallies and hill-climbs.


The club have monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of each month. At present, the club has over 100 members. Many members compete locally, nationally and internationally, including taking part in Rally Ireland, Ireland's round of the World Rally Championship in November 2007and January 2009.
