Shiraz Rally 2015
John Higgins was navigating for Qatari driver Khalid Al-Suwaidi, at the inaugural Iranian rally. Sponsored by the state of Qatar and driving a Toksport WRT’s Ford Fiesta RRC, The pair put in a flawless performance to collect points for the championship.They finished 4th overall. The Shiraz rally is a new addition to the MERC, along with Oman, which expands the series to eight rounds from the previous six. The next round of the Middle-East Rally Championship will be in Lebanon, early September.
